About Maitrayee
I started working at the age of 19 by selling hand-made jewelry and accessories to house-wives after college hours. I have also successfully marketed the annual scholarship programs, apart from general educational programs, for NIIT. HCL Infosystems hired me from campus as HR Generalist for their Corporate Office in Noida after my post-graduation from XISS, Ranchi. Recruitment as a function grew on me when I worked there, deeply instilling the brick and mortar foundation for success in this role. I moved to Infosys, Bangalore to pursue recruitment full time, and soon realised this function to be my forte. Since then I have been experimenting with the varieties in and flavours of recruitment. Proud to have worked with some amazing companies of the industry and got a chance to experience diversity.In October 2018, I decided to leave my last company to start an Executive Search Firm called WeSpire HR Services to cater to a wider pool of jobs, industries and candidates.
