About Maithli Baurai
I pursued BCom Hons with a focus on Banking and Insurance at Christ University. There, I explored marketing and HR through fests and showcased my creativity in cultural events. I took on leadership roles in the E-Cell, Udaan, and served as a class representative for 2 consecutive years. Post-graduation, I joined an Insurance based startup as a Customer Success Associate, dealing with customers\' financial and health concerns. This experience improved my negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills by giving me opportunities to interact with key personnel from client companies, to insurers and various medical teams. Overtime I realized that I would like to explore and pursue a career in Marketing strategy & analytics, as I find it to be the perfect blend of creativity and data. Now, in between jobs, I\'m seeking for opportunities to learn and grow in this field.I have actively engaged in sports like rock climbing, boxing and Kabaddi. In my free time I enjoy troubling my pawsome friends, singing, attempting to learn the guitar and doing salsa! I am always looking for opportunities to share my interests, and adopting new ones :)
