ABOUT NGUYEN
Family, friends, and money. Things that we all need in life and things that probably motivate us to get up every morning and seize the day. I am currently a full-time student at UT Dallas, majoring in Finance, expected to graduate in May 2023 with my Bachelor\'s and in May 2024 with my Master\'s. Family, friends, and money are also why I decided to switch my career path and head off into finance. I believe that knowledge is power, and knowing how to manage your own finances in this world is the most crucial skill any adult could have. Having seen my family struggle with managing their finances, I knew that I wanted to educate myself to avoid such conflicts in the future. I believe that change begins with all of us taking small steps, and learning how to manage your finances can improve your quality of life and thus contribute to the quality of life of those around you. Whether your motive for being financially comfortable is to own a big house or to be able to contribute to more philanthropic events- all such things contribute to your personal happiness. That happiness can radiate to the people around you. I am currently looking for internship opportunities within finance and finance management to expand my knowledge and skillset further!
