1. Director of Stewardship and Events

   Lead a team of three to develop, enhance and manage recurring stewardship and recognition activities and events as well as targeted stewardship plans and timelines for Trustees, endowment donors and major gift donors- Manage the reporting, gift acknowledgment and stewardship processes for donor gifts and institutional grant makers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Responsible for creating and sending approximately 300 annual and endowed fund reports each spring- Develop and execute event-related goals and strategies for broader constituent engagement, including scholarship, legacy society and Presidential regional events- Successfully developed and executed Presidential Inauguration activities, a multi-day event that engaged over 500 constituents from across the country at events such as the Annenberg Leadership Forum, Community Recognition Reception, Delegates Dinner, Investiture and Community Lunch- Work with the Office of College Advancement staff to develop appropriate societies and/or events to recognize giving at various levels for specific programs or in a specific manner- Work with appropriate on- and off-campus partners to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
