ABOUT MAISIE HUNT

I am currently a Contract Manager, mobilising a new contract across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough to deliver healthy lifestyle programmes to local families on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Council. Previously, I have been a Business Manager on the Education, Training and Employment (ETE) contract in London, working on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) to reduce reoffending by offering men on probation support to achieve their goals in relation to education, training and employment. I have previous experience working as an outreach advisor to support ex-offenders on their transition from custody back into the community and comfortable with through the gate delivery. In my previous role as an Employment Consultant, I have supported vulnerable individuals with overcoming their mental and physical barriers to enter voluntary and paid employment opportunities. I have extensive experience of working within the Criminal Justice System as well as MOJ, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), schools and other industries. I am highly skilled in project management, employer engagement, knowledge of the prison and probation service, competent in using reporting software and case manager systems and have exceptional organisational and management skills. Strong community and social services professional with a Criminology degree from Nottingham Trent University.
