With over 10 years of experience, I have helped dozens of businesses stabilize, strategize, and better monetize by carrying the client through our seven-step strategy compilation by creating a development mission which includes performing an external audit, establishing long-term goals, perform an internal audit of systems/ processes, and structure. I create a strategic planning process, track performance, and support the CEO, and c-level executives in ensuring the company delivers its strategic commitments. I establish policies and objectives, create a company culture by embracing the brand vision and the team of employees. I Measure and evaluate performance, focus is on Strategy formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Strategy Evaluation in order to cultivate cohesive structure for the company to scale. I focus on the business analytics in efforts to control the stability in IRR, ROI, and NPV utilizing Tableau. I keep track of and present quarterly SWOT analysis with competition statistics and evaluations using ZoomInfo and LexisNexis. My goal is to help business owners make the shift to scale progressively while making connections, building relationships, and contributing to make a community difference Highly proficient in all things Word; Adobe, salesforce, honeybook, zoho Social, and other crm, platforms.
