Promote collaboration among 400+ student organizations while supporting their development, maintenance, and transitions, ensuring that each group has the tools and guidance needed to thrive on campus.• Serve as a liaison between Student Involvement and RSOs, advocating for student leaders while communicating policies, resources, and opportunities that strengthen organizational effectiveness and inclusivity.• Provide resources, mentorship, and training to empower officers in event planning, budgeting, fundraising, and compliance, helping them successfully execute impactful programming.• Assess the evolving needs of student organizations and guide leaders through Mason360, 25Live, Student Funding Board processes, and strengthen campus-wide engagement opportunities.
