I draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, and data-processing agreements, including vendor and nonprofit partnerships supporting district-wide operations. My work also includes advising on student data privacy, information governance, and compliance with FERPA and related regulatory frameworks. Previously served as General Counsel for a real estate investment and asset management company, where I supported all aspects of legal operations, including acquisition and disposition of assets, resolution of title and transactional issues, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. I also managed outside counsel relationships and supported litigation strategy across a range of commercial and regulatory matters. Earlier in my career, I advised municipalities, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals on governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. This work included supporting organizational structuring, drafting governance documents, advising on compliance frameworks, and addressing consumer protection and creditor-related issues.
