I work at the intersection of founders, investors, enterprise leaders, and global technology ecosystems—helping high-growth companies scale internationally and translate innovation into commercial impact.Over the past decade I have focused on building bridges between Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs, supporting founders as they expand into new markets, build strategic partnerships, and access the capital and networks required for global growth.Today, I am Managing Partner at Belayer, a Silicon Valley–based investment and advisory platform supporting high-growth technology companies expanding globally. I work closely with founders, venture capital firms, institutional investors, and enterprise customers to accelerate commercialization, international expansion, and strategic partnerships.I am also a Venture Partner at AiiM Partners, an early-growth investment fund focused on companies advancing resource efficiency and sustainability technologies positioned for commercial scale.Previously I served as Senior Vice President of Digital Technologies at Enterprise Ireland, based in Silicon Valley, where I led U.S. market development for Ireland’s venture-backed technology companies. In that role I supported more than 80 high-growth companies expanding internationally and helped build strategic partnerships with global enterprises including Microsoft, Uber, American Airlines, Hilton, IAG, and Twitter.My work has centered on helping founders navigate global expansion—developing go-to-market strategies, building enterprise partnerships, engaging investors, and positioning emerging technologies for international adoption. I am also a direct investor.
