I also serve as the contact point for inviting new hires to orientation, ensuring they have the information, resources, and welcome they need before their first day. In addition, I assist with recruiting logistics, onboarding materials, and internal resource organization. I apply strong attention to detail, professional communication, and process improvement skills to help the department operate efficiently and deliver a welcoming, consistent experience for staff.
