   Establish an operating model across the customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), and digital experience (DX) that is qualitative, quantitatively, and fiscally measurable; Execute the multi-generational operational model that spans strategy, organization, processes, insights, technology, and culture; Partner with the CX team to achieve top 10 percent customer omni-channel experiences, while remaining in budget, and driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling; Partner with the EX team to enhance the employee experience across employee development, system utilization, DEIA+, and other innovation initiatives; Partner with the DX team to establish and bring to market innovation initiatives which optimize customer loyalty, allow Thrasio to know its customer, and proactively present unified insights to the appropriate stakeholders; Manage the on-time, in-scope, and within quality deliverables across the experience management spectrum by working with the Global Services project management office (PMO) and business leaders; Work with technology and non-technology partners to pilot beta project and innovation lab initiatives based on CX, EX, and DX; and, Drive continuous alignment of CX, EX, and DX projects to ensure a minimum of 80 percent (2.4 or 3.0 per the partner scorecard) of technologies are utilized.
