Responsible for prospective review of documentation contained in the medical record for appropriateness and completeness including ICD10-CM scoring from the OASIS assessments and documentation ensuing all services meet the COPs and Home Health Quality Measures procedure such as: composing Plans of Care, revising documentation for proper visit utilization, participate in QA activities such as developing and training field staff documentation skills along with PDGM and RAP changes reimbursement impact according to Medicare and OASIS documentation guidelines, and perform QA audits as required. Supervise all field staff, perform field visits when needed, and Physician orders management and any other tasks as assigned by the DON or Administrator.
