With over a decade & half experience in product management, analytics & consulting, my journey has evolved into spearheading IT/ Business strategies of Fortune 500 MNCs and translating them into successful Digital Products - in areas of Revenue Growth Management, Global Finance, HR and Supply Chain. At PepsiCo, my focus lies in enabling easy decision making insights via our Digital suites of IT products for my Net Revenue business partner teams to achieve their North Star - of achieving their sector specific Net Revenue Growth by adjusting various levers of Pricing, Mix Management, Promotion, Trade Spend Management. As a product manager and delivery lead, my focus is to manage a Global, cross-cultural, big team of internal peers and vendor partner teams - consisting of BAs, Scrum Master, BI and EDW developers alongside removing critcal business bottlenecks for enabling agile ways of delivery for business deliverables.My earlier association with Honeywell and Cognizant honed my skills in product strategy, gathering business requirements, managing projects, and executing organizational change, which now contributes to impactful decision-making at PepsiCo. Collaborating closely with senior CXO management, I strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric problem-solving in myself and across my teams. My role embodies a commitment to excellence, with a strategic vision that aligns IT initiatives with overarching business goals.
