At Travel and Tour World, I’m gaining practical experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. Working in the fast-paced travel and tourism sector allows me to understand people practices in a dynamic, global environment. I am grateful to this job-role as it has boosted my confidence, communication and man management skills a lot. End to End recruitment for technical and non technical roles. Scheduling, conducting and communicating about interviews with candidates for different roles. Looking after on-boarding and off-boarding formalities of candidates. Handling intense internal communication with different stakeholders and employees. Solving various grievances of the employees. As it is a media company, I have full responsibility to manage the content writers by tracking their daily work and helping them cope up with any technical issue. Maintaining documentation of all the new hirings done and maintaining a digital sheet for salaries, Leaves, over-time etc. Maintaining collaborating and creating Standard Operation Procedure for various roles within the organisation. I have gained a lot of knowledge about how wordpress works and how a website is created and maintained.
