Hello everyone,My name is Mainak, and I am a Certified Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist (CCDN).I hold a B.Sc in Food & Nutrition(Honours) from the University of Calcutta, earned through Budge Budge College. I\'m currently Completed my M.Sc in Dietetics & Food Service Management from IGNOU, under the valuable guidance of KPC Medical College & Hospital, where I\'ve also gained practical experience as a Dietetic Intern. Also my practical experience includes, 8 months internship as a Clinical Dietitian at JIMS Hospital & 1month internship as a Critical Care Dietitian at Samaritan Medical Surgical Critical Care Hospital.Additionally, I am a Food Safety Supervisor (FSS), certified by the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) through FOSTAC training.Beyond my formal education, I\'ve consistently expanded my expertise through numerous CME programs, National & International Conferences, nutritional workshops, diet camps, and \'specialized certification courses from ISO, Skill India certified organizations\'. My time in hospital environments has further honed my skills and knowledge.My hobbies include arts & crafts, gardening, photography, and listening to music.I am actively seeking new opportunities and a healthy work environment where I can leverage my comprehensive knowledge and diverse experiences to further my career growth and contribute to building a healthier world.
