As a HRBP, I’m currently overseeing operations for 35+ Stores (and still growing!) — including 13 exclusive business outlets. Business Partnership & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a strategic HR partner to Sales & Regional Office leadership.Understand business needs and provide HR insights to support decision-making.Drive alignment between HR and business objectives.2. Performance Management & Capability BuildingManage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles and ensure timelyexecution.Support managers in identifying training needs and planning relevantcapability-building interventions.3. Payroll & Compliance CoordinationTakes complete ownership of collating attendance & processing salaries for all offline retail employees for East region.Maintain and audit employee data, leave records, and related documents for payrollaccuracy.Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.4. HR Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate and maintain HR dashboards – headcount, attendance, attrition, etc.Analyze HR data to track trends and highlight areas requiring intervention.5. Recruitment & OnboardingSource and hire Sales as well as Regional Office employees for the region in collaboration with the Senior LeadershipTake complete ownership of all onboarding and Induction for all new joinees in the region6. Employee Engagement & Grievance HandlingConduct regularly connects with employees in the field.Promote employee satisfaction and resolve day-to-day concerns in a timely andsensitive manner.Act as a culture custodian for the offline retail workforce.
