ABOUT MAINAK JANA
My passion for Highway & Transportation engineering started to grow from the beginning of 3rd year of my college life. Being in top ten students in my department, all my optional subjects, summer training, final year project were in the field of Highway & Transportation engineering. I left a PSU job in a miniratna company under central government at a very early stage of my career as it wasn’t coherent with my goal of working in Highway projects. I give my best in every opportunity and develop my skills to deliver Highway projects with better quality. Being from a Ramakrishna Mission background, I have always led my life with utmost honesty & disciplined way. I believe in simple living, high thinking. I have been living away from my home from an age of nine years so I am more accustomed with daily-life difficulties. I love challenges and like to solve it in my way as I am confident about my ability and willpower. I believe in taking responsibilities and teamwork as I had been college badminton captain and successfully revived the team after many years.
