ABOUT LY NGUYEN-LUU
Hi! My name is Mai Ly Nguyen-Luu. I have a Bachelor in Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Medical Sociology from the University of Central Florida and am looking for research and other professional opportunities related to my future aspirations as a dentist. I am currently a dental assistant with two certifications in expanded functions and dental radiology, a teaching assistant for physiology lab at UCF, and a student assistant at the Burnett Honors College. I also recently published my Honors Undergraduate Thesis, where I researched mental health attitudes in the Vietnamese community with a focus on how the Vietnam War played a role in shaping them.
