Remote in Chicago • Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, and completion of projects for brands totaling ~$5-6 million • Utilize creative problem solving to mitigate risks and challenges throughout project life cycle • Develop scopes of work, staffing plans, and estimates; manage project budgets, participate in weekly finance reconciliation meetings and partner with finance team on budget reporting • Manage and maintain vendor relationships; partner with vendors to ensure project deliverables are within scope of work and billed in a timely manner • Mentor and lead direct/indirect reports, identify knowledge gaps, provide support and training; interview potential candidates • Successfully led a label update of 30+ deliverables to final distribution within first two months at DDBH • Projects including but not limited to: branded/unbranded campaigns, launches, new indication/label updates, websites, banners, social media, speaker programs, videos, etc. Clients: Novartis, Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Sarepta Therapeutics, Roche/Genentech, Bristol Myers Squibb
