Complete Technical Responsibility of Design, right from the initial design Sketch till the Shipment stage of Bulk Production.• Communicates potential risks in product development tasks and deadlines and proactively looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.• Facilitate Transition of styles from Design Concept to a final, Production ready Sample.• Lead the technical product development team to ensure all product meets Customer product specifications.• Partner with Design, Merchandising and Production Teams in managing timelines, aesthetics, and quality of Product.• Meets product development deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, deals well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.• Work with Design Team and play an important role in turning Design ideas into Finished samples.• Liaise with Customers and Production team if any confirmations or updates related to Technical, required from Customers.• Identify potential Production, Quality, costing issues and make recommendations to ensure Brand integrity.• Ensuring all products are high quality and that they confirm to customer standards and Brand values.• Track and manage daily works, Prioritize, Plan, and guide the Tech Team to meet the deadlines and goals.• Periodically train and foster the team to buoy up to the requisite quality level and customer standard.• Support Design Team, if they anticipate any issue develop a Design, then positively look for better solution to get the end-result a high quality, Marketable Product without affecting the heart of actual Design.• Manage the sample development process and ensure seasonal deadlines are met, support the T&A calendar objectives.• Periodically visit Customer Online Store, analyse Customer Feedback, and align the New Development Style with the demographic requirement.
