Work with Underwriting and Claims teams in ensure the client and their broker have the necessary support to ensure their Safety and Compliance programs effective and fully compliant.• Conduct Safety/Compliance evaluations for new and existing clients to ensure clients continue to effectively manage and reduce risk, stay in compliance with applicable national and provincial safety regulations, standards, and codes.• Prepare and deliver summary reports and to insureds and brokers, with the objective of working together to resolve any concerns or recommendations.• Provide a full range of transportation consulting services to insureds.• Assist with training and development of other Northbridge staff and brokers in matters relevant to safety, loss prevention, risk analysis, and customer service• Deliver Training Programs including practical/road components, as well as formal classroom training, to internal and external audiences• Contribute subject matter expertise on program development and initiatives
