I am a sophomore at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance and Risk Management Insurance. Passionate about financial analysis and strategic decision-making, I am eager to explore the complexities of risk assessment and investment strategies.Beyond academics, I serve as the Director of Finance for Alpha Phi, where I manage budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking for the chapter. This role has strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills, providing me with hands-on experience in overseeing organizational finances.Additionally, I am actively involved in Women in Business there I foster professional growth and leadership development. I thrive in collaborative environments and am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.    I manage our chapter’s housing finances end-to-end, consistently maintaining over 98% occupancy and strong on-time payments. Each semester, I present clear finance updates to improve transparency and trust across the chapter. I also build budgets for six board members, translating their priorities into a consolidated annual plan that aligns spending with our goals and supports responsible operations.
