Project: Cybersecurity Alert Integration with Jira.Description:Working on an integration system that automatically creates Jira tickets from cybersecurity alerts generated by AISOC, an AI-powered threat detection platform. The solution is designed to help security teams (SOC Analysts) respond faster to high-priority incidents through automated workflows.My primary contributions include implementing secure OAuth 2.0 (3LO) authorization for Jira access, developing logic to generate rich ticket content using Atlassian Document Format (ADF), and building functionality to fetch Jira tickets and store them in AISOC’s MongoDB-based alert database. I also collaborated with team members working on the FastAPI backend, providing research and guidance to ensure seamless integration between AISOC and Jira. This project has strengthened my skills in Python, API integrations, authentication flows, and working with structured data formats in real-world automation scenarios.
