Welcome to my profile! I can be defined as an altruistic individual passionate about building and maintaining genuine relationships in my professional and personal life! I believe in eudemonic well-being, lifelong learning and the power of human connection. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and a passion for fostering equitable, inclusive, and productive workplace environments, I am actively building my career in the field of Labour Relations. My journey thus far has been defined by my ability to manage complex projects, provide strategic insights, and influence organizational culture. I hold a BAH in Psychology from Trent University and completed Western University\'s Human Resources program. I am also pursuing my CHRP designation through the HRPA to deepen my expertise in the field. In my current role at PSPC, I support diverse HR initiatives, including labour relations case management, accessibility advocacy, and employee wellness programs. As Co-Chair of the Ontario Regionβs Psychological Health and Safety Committee, I lead initiatives that normalize conversations around mental health and enhance workplace culture. My recent projects include creating inclusive onboarding processes, coordinating Duty to Accommodate cases, and developing strategies to improve accessibility and engagement. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can apply my skills in conflict resolution, relationship building, and process improvement to address complex challenges and support organizational goals. Outside of work, Iβm passionate about lifelong learning and mental health advocacy. I hold a certification in Concurrent Disorders from the University of Toronto and enjoy exploring psychological theories, reading self-development books, and connecting with professionals to share insights. Let\'s connect! Whether you\'re passionate about advancing labour relations, mental health, or organizational development, I\'d love to hear your story.
