I currently work at Uniqlo, a top global retailer, as a CRM Planner. There, I strategize the best implementations for Email, SMS, and App automation journeys, as well as hone in on SMS ad-hoc messaging. Before this, I worked at Fashion to Figure, a plus-size fashion retailer, for four years as the Manager of CRM and Site Content Specialist. In my roles there, I supported the team on Email and SMS ad-hoc and automation journey communication, as well as site analytics and merchandising. Both companies have allowed me to highlight efforts for strong teamwork, impact customer acquisition, customer retention, and creative ideation and strategy.I attended the University of North Texas where I double majored in merchandising and digital retailing, with professional experience within these fields during my time in college. I have a passion for many areas in the fashion and retail industry including eCommerce analytics, copywriting, trend forecasting, brand marketing, and creative production operations. As a personal endeavor, I write a newsletter called Minutes Between Us, which highlights conversations with creatives around the world.With multiple retail positions, leadership experience, and professional industry experience, I believe I am qualified to successfully work in the industry under the roles I may hold. I have led large groups in the position of President and fashion show producer for Merchandising Inc, an organization for fashion students at UNT. While in college, I was also the Editor-in-Chief of NuView magazine, an online publication that covers fashion, career, music, and more. I am constantly looking for opportunities to both gain and apply my experiences in any realm of the industry.
