I am a Senior HR executive with more than 15 years of international (multicultural) experience highly focused on talent development and transformational Leadership.During my career, I had the opportunity to work in both consulting HR firms, as well as, in-house in a disruptive media industry undertaking large scale projects and collaborating with diverse remote teams in a multinational environments. My main focus was: managing performance, talent management, cultural changes, driving innovation, engagement activities and coaching for improvement in the managerial, technical and human dimensions.Currently, I am the Sr Manager for Leadership and Talent Development for WBD developing the enterprise approach and strategy for WBD Leaders at Director level.
