Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Education Studies, my foundation in communication and cultural understanding bolsters my HR competencies, enabling me to navigate complex workplace dynamics effectively.Previously, as HR & Talent Resourcing Manager at ELIS, we implemented strategies that enhanced talent retention and alignment with our core values. I had a wealth of experience in data analytics to provide insights to decrease costs and increasing company value. Certified in Uncovering Unconscious Bias, I am dedicated to cultivating a workplace that embraces diversity, reflecting my commitment to inclusive excellence and organisational growth.With over six years of experience at Robert Half working as both as a generalist and a specialist, I developed and implemented various HR initiatives and projects, such as employee training, performance management, employer branding, and research and delivery. I have also managed and coordinated the recruitment process for various roles and levels, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Education Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in communication, culture, and philosophy.
