Actively participating in a competitive two-year research fellowship programme for PhD researchers at George Mason University, focused on political economy, critical theory and public policy• The aim of the fellowship is to introduce the Austrian, Virginia, and Bloomington schools of political economy as academic foundations for contemporary policy analysis, policy-relevant academic research, and other applied topics• To explore how this framework is utilised for a variety of topics (including entrepreneurship, technological innovation, public health, regulation, immigration, natural disasters, military conflicts, and federal and state fiscal policy) during a series of colloquia where there is knowledge co-production with Mercatus scholars who work on policy analysis and policy-relevant academic research• Researching and presenting ideas on markets, policy, politics, culture, morality, and sociality within the Austrian, Virginia, and Bloomington schools of thought• Applying analytical frameworks to real-world wicked problems, policy innovation and governance challenges
