As a kid 🧒, puzzles 🧩 and problem-solving games have been my favorite playground. I like having planning, searching, and solving for breakfast. My bachelor\'s degree in computer engineering nourished those seeds of problem-solving and pushed me to many challenging directions.I support customer support teams in providing better care to their customers. I contribute to solving the teams\' main pain points with the help of trending technologies and solutions. My academic background and early career experience helped me in understanding how companies run their business today. I supported many teams in performing their daily task efficiently and productively. However, I believe it was a two-way street of support, they taught me about various industries, different working and leadership styles, and the value technology has on the enterprises. And on top of those, they taught me how to say \"thank you\" and \"please\" in 10 different languages.Today, I am pursuing my career path as a product manager.
