ABOUT MAHYAR NIROUMAND
With over 20 years of work experience in civil engineering and land development, I am Director/Owner of Guide engineering and a GIS expert. I also have an MBA in finance and operations, and I recently served as a Lands Governance Director at Cheam First Nation, where I applied my skills and knowledge to support the community\'s land management and sustainability goals. I have a proven track record of designing, managing, and delivering complex and diverse projects, ranging from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure and environmental initiatives. I have strong competencies in surveying, structural engineering, project planning, proposal writing, cost estimation, client liaison, and regulatory compliance. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders, while respecting the land and the culture of the people. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods, and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners. I am looking for an opportunity to expand our practice and be able to serve my clients better.
