Successful track record in managing multiple delivery teams across geographies including US, India, Mexico and Argentina and across multiple work streams- Coordinate distributed teams between offshore, nearshore, onshore and client site to ensure on time delivery of functional specifications, technical documentation as well as development- Responsible for project schedules, status tracking, issue resolution and on time delivery- Conducts client visits and presentations on the center based model, including roadmaps and post go live enhancement projects for local Energy clients.
