Lead monitoring, learning and evaluation (MLE) and research efforts to inform portfolio-level strategies and program adaptations in family planning and reproductive health, product introduction, adolescent health, and gender and social norms. Current efforts include:• Project Director, DMPA-SC in Private Sector MLE, focused on rapid learning for program adaptations and business model pivots to optimize the commercial introduction and scale-up of DMPA-SC in Kenya, Uganda, Pakistan and globally (Gates Foundation)• Principal Investigator, Evaluation of MTV Media Partnership for Norm Change in Kenya to understand the impact of a combined media program on gender norms, family planning, and education behaviors of adolescents and youth (Gates Foundation).• Principal Investigator, Research Support for Scaling Women’s Voices and Local Ownership (WVLO) Impact project, focused on generating evidence to optimize and scale the impact of social accountability approaches for family planning and health services in Pakistan, Senegal, and Ethiopia (Gates Foundation)
