It is a SAUDI ARAMCO Project, in South Gas Compression Plant Pipelines consisting in 400 Km of various diameter metallic pipeline from 6” to 48” and 320 Km of various diameter RTR and RTP pipeline including the construction of : 82 Off Plot Tie in Facility, 2 New Remote Headers, 14 Remote Headers to be modified, 2 Gas Gathering Manifolds, 3 Main Line Valve Stations, 40 Scraper Launcher & Receiver, 260 Well head to be modified.2.2 Billion SAR contract (600M USD).with Saipem Saudi Arabia/ GEG Identify required tools, equipment, consumables and manpower considering site readiness, project requirements and project completion schedule. Review isometric drawing, RTR piping lay-out and P & ID drawing prior to erection, Erection and installation of RTR/GRP/FRP/GRE for underground & above ground pipes.Supervising Lamination of FRP/GRP/GRE pipe joints, Check the expire date of all adhesives and resins are being using for bonding the RTR/GRP/FRP/GRE pipes, Make Sure the Structure is ready and then call the Client for Inspection.To support & Coordinate with Construction team for rectification of Punch list Items Inspection of works carried out by contractor.Giving the feedback to construction Manager.Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly report of construction activities. In-charge for the construction, installation and pipe laying, lamination joint TB/TS of fiberglass Reinforced Thermosetting Pipes (RTR) for Utility water lines including all of its fittings as per detailed drawing.Agree method of statements and JSA. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the agreed method of Statements.Execution lamination joint Work on RTR potable water high pressure Threaded joints as per manufacture Procedure.Execution of threaded joint Work on RTR potable water high pressure Threaded joints as per manufacture Procedure.Installation of Pipeline lowering activity.Execution & supervision of GRV Pipe installation & Check the Pipeline Crossing under Roads.
