ABOUT MAHSA REZAEI
My career has been defined by a single, evolving mission: ensuring that the future of work includes everyone, especially those who hold the world together. From Engineering to Social Impact My journey began 15 years ago as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Two years later, I shifted gears into entrepreneurship, co-founding Intelligent Nest. My path seemed linear and successful until I became a mother. That experience didn\'t just shift my schedule; it exposed a broken system.I founded MamaNest to fix career growth for moms, but I quickly realized that motherhood wasn\'t an isolated struggle! It was a magnifier of the systemic barriers facing all women, particularly immigrants and caregivers. I saw that high-potential women didn\'t lack ambition; they lacked time. Now, as the AI Economy reshapes the workforce, that gap is widening.Technology needs a community to thrive. Over the last six years, I have built an ecosystem to support this vision, including:The MamaNest community and Podcast for over 6 years.Launching Annual Flagship events: The Women\'s Career Conference, and the MamaTech AI Studio.Constantly upskilling women by Designing programs like HerCareerNEST and providing networking opportunities with HerCareerLink, a monthly \"career gym\" for women in Montreal. Beyond my own ventures, I am deeply committed to the broader landscape of women\'s empowerment and Social Impact. I have proudly contributed to impactful initiatives including WEDO Canada, the Social Business Creation competition from HEC Montreal, the N.E.W Venture Program, and the Hannai Platform, all of which amplify women’s leadership and social impact.I believe motherhood is a deep well of leadership. I bring that resilience, combined with technical strategy, to build a world where career resilience is accessible to everyone.
