Enthusiastic final year aerospace engineering degree apprentice at Rolls Royce, eager to develop both my technical and social skills through the four-year placement rotation in the civil aerospace business and heavy involvement with STEM outreach events.I am passionate about enhancing the apprenticeship experience overall, using my extracurricular roles, I am able to convey people’s thoughts and play my part in striving for continuous improvement on behalf of apprentices.I am currently chair for the iMechE (Derby and Nottingham Committee), Events team member for the AGA (Apprentices and Graduates association), Vice Chair of the Apprentice Council for Rolls Royce, and University Representative for my specific intake.
