   Supporting advanced wafer fabrication operations across multiple dry etch applications, including Bosch Deep Silicon Etching, Dielectric Etching, and Hard Mask Etching- Collaborating with R&D teams to develop scalable manufacturing solutions that enable future 3D heterogeneous integration technologies- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dry etch tools to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient operation- Training engineers and technicians on tool operation, process best practices, and troubleshooting techniques- Creating and implementing Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs), Statistical Process Control (SPC) to quickly address process excursions and maintain tool stability- Leading and documenting process changes through all stages of the Process Control Change Board (PCCB) to meet customer requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders- Driving continuous process improvements through root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving.
