Involve in generating construction work packages (CWP) for maintenance work orders (WO) and capital projects from inception to completion. This includes scoping of work order, EPA (cost estimation), field visit, drafting, generating piping isometric/ layout/ plan/ bill of materials (BOM) and coordination with other departments (Operation, Process, Maintenance, planning, supply chain etc.) and finally squad check before releasing the package- Perform stress analysis using CAESER II in advance level for for piping, Also perform FEA for pipe support designs and nozzle design- Provide leadership of multi discipline work orders. Corodinate with electrical, civil/structural, instrumentation, equipment engineering teams to meet deadline of construction packages-Provide supports to planning, procurement, QA/QC and maintenance field in order to complete work orders successfully in time. Answer RFI received from maintenance contractors on piping, material and welding issues- Develop and update company standards and specification for piping, material and welding. Involve in issuance of TDR and support as a SCM (subject matter expert)- Review 3d piping model (by walk through in SPR), isometrics, P & IDs developed by EPC for larger projects- Review and approve as-built drawings (isometric) for Phase I for utilities and upgrading to capture the change during construction. An approximate isometrics were reviewed and approved by myself- Provide solution of repair/trouble shooting of in-service piping and it\'s components (spring hanger, valves, steam traps, strainers etc).
