About Mahmooda Qureshi
Physician. Coach. Educator. I am a primary care physician of almost 30 years, educator, and coach who values caring for, educating, and empowering patients, clinicians, and humans to be their best selves. In aligning our actions with our deeper values, we create community, connect with the earth, each other, and generate a just, equitable, sustainable planet and world.Primary Care: caring for patients is my key calling in my Mass General primary care practice, consultations at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine, and consultations at the Midlife and Women\'s Health clinic at Brigham and Women\'s Hospital. Clinician-Educator: I am the Director and co-founder/creator of Women’s Health and Menopause, Harvard Medical School CME course, starting March 2025. Additionally, I Co-Direct Primary Care Medicine (PCM), HMS CME course.Coach-Educator: create curricula and implement group coaching. Individual coaching with faculty and patients.Coach-Entrepreneur: Transformation Catalyst MD, LLC launched 2025! Primary Care Advocacy: with the corporate takeovers of health systems, medicine, and universities, patient care is becoming less patient-centered and increasingly profit-centered. Physician working conditions are patient healthcare conditions. I am part of efforts to organize physicians, liaising with aligned organizations, and advocating for primary care at the MA state level.
