Tested carbon composite panels using tensile tests (three-point bend, shear strength, and seatbelt tests) to ensure the chassis meets FSAE regulations while maximizing stiffness and minimizing weight- Designed and prototyped a PLA CAD electrical enclosure using SolidWorks to support the Raspberry Pi placed internally near the dashboard to adhere to the FSAE 2024 Low Voltage electrical requirements- Measured and cut carbon fiber to appropriate dimensions for complete chassis lay-up and vacuum-driven resin infusion; Used FAROArm CMM to measure holes on chassis and prepare for entire car assembly- Created engineering drawings for parts including the Shoulder Harness to ensure accurate manufacturing; oversaw the creation of manufacturing instructions for the monocoque layup
