ABOUT MAHITHA NUNNA

Having witnessed my father working as a senior advisor in the service sector, I could learn a lot of experience with challenges, meeting tight schedules, and openness to work and report in an organized manner right from my childhood days. My curiosity to understand leading and managing people coming from different diversities and backgrounds always entreats me to learn applied management.Right after stepping into the university, the very 1st internship enhanced the previously inherited skills and added to be more structure and organized. Multiple opportunities while working with my classmates during grp projects and activities allowed me to see myself as approachable, and consistent while being quality conscious towards the output of the work. Active participation in co-curricular activities helped me in shaping myself as a potential leader for the future while understanding various dimensions of emotional intelligence at the workplace further adding up to recommendations, I received from my peers and faculty mentors who always recognized my efforts in building a sustainable team by helping people evolve with their individual strengths and capabilities. This helped me in delegating work meaningfully by enforcing ethics and values in a responsible way, the flexible reporting system further helped me in understanding the complexities of the corporate and accelerated my problem-solving skills. Being accessible, open, and innovative has always been a part of my value system. I strongly possess analytical and critical thinking skills, having gone through various situations through class curriculum and otherwise.At this juncture, I wish to explore internship opportunities in the field of Finance that can bring new additions to my existing skill sets along with applied knowledge and flexibility to innovate while curating value in the given role.
