As a Sales Associate at TK Maxx, my role includes various responsibilities that contribute to the functioning of the store. My role as a cashier includes processing transactions accurately and efficiently and maintaining the best customer service. Operating as a cashier also includes verifying customer identity for payment methods and processing refunds and exchanges.Creativity is also a fundamental skill learnt throughout this role, including when flowing out stock, the different equipment (bars, shelves) needed and putting items out, it is important to ensure these products are presented suitably, and according to companies recommendations, which is regularly updated on our work app.
