Through leadership roles at Balmoral Hall School, Acorn Family Place, and Woman Is A Nation (WIN) Welfare Organization, I have strengthened organizational capacity by designing long-term funding strategies, stewarding donors, and securing grants that ensured critical programs continued to serve families, youth, and marginalized communities. I take pride in translating community voices into compelling cases for support, ensuring that initiatives reflect the needs and aspirations of the people they serve.
