Protecting and securing Company\'s rights, providing legal advise, research studies, taking actions in company\'s contracts, advising on all local laws and regulations and procedural steps for business development and sustainability, setting control standards as to ensure company\'s business is compatible with the valid laws and regulations, Coordinate and liaise with external legal consulting service providers, Centralize and integrate the legal activities of the company so the senior management are able to manage its legal affairs for all of its units on its own to ensure speed, privacy and integrity of all its legal activities, support senior management in its decision-making strategy and other critical decisions; provide adequate representation before officials and third parties as to reach to an effective overall management and to provide solutions that suit commercial and industrial presence of the company, Check the credibility and reliability of strategic business partners of the company and prevent any risks or threats and avoid future unwanted cases or unreliable issues or responsibilities, Help follow up the corporate organizational and administrative matters in regards to the AA, by-law rules and regulations and back up the HR Department dealing with employment matters, Help the corporate in management and control of information and data, in addition to tackle other tasks including drafting, negotiating and approving contracts, provide legal advises for all departments, arrange and advise on the General Assembly annual meetings and represent the company before the Official Ministries and Authorities and the Courts, suggest best dispute resolutions with other contracting parties, follow up company’ legal cases dealt with by external Law Firms, ensuring the best Governance, attest all employees/ Foreign experts release, provide legal studies on wide range of business related issues, provide evaluation and assessment for many issues.
