I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in project management and sales, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. My experience spans across managing projects, enhancing client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of HR technology solutions.Currently, I am a SuccessFactors Project Manager at HR Path, where I play an integral role in supporting the management and execution of SuccessFactors projects. My focus is on ensuring that projects run smoothly and on time while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, facilitate onboarding processes, and contribute to the overall success of the projects I’m involved in.Before this, I worked as a Sales Development Representative at SuccessFactors SAP Canada, where I was responsible for qualifying HR leads and driving customer engagement. I was able to leverage my knowledge of SAP solutions to identify new business opportunities, conduct industry research, and organize events that significantly improved lead conversion rates and client satisfaction.My experience is further enriched by my time as a Marketing Research Analyst at WorkSafeBC, where I honed my analytical skills and contributed to the team’s success by automating reports and improving project workflows. My career began at Royal Bank of Canada, where I gained valuable experience in client advisory, managing financial transactions, and promoting investment opportunities.I am passionate about helping businesses succeed by implementing effective technology solutions and building strong customer relationships. I thrive in dynamic environments and am always eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
