Hi I\'m Mahin! I\'m a People & Culture professional with hands-on experience supporting fast-growing teams through thoughtful HR programs and scalable systems. From full-cycle recruitment to HRIS implementation, employee engagement, and policy design, I’ve built and optimized processes that help companies grow, without losing their soul. Most recently, I supported the scaling of a mental health tech startup, growing the team from 30 to 70+ and leading initiatives across onboarding, performance, and culture. Whether it’s launching an HRIS from scratch, writing people policies that actually get read, or designing onboarding that doesn’t bore new hires to death—I’m here to make HR less transactional and more impactful. I’m energized by inclusive, values-driven work, and I love bringing order to chaos. I\'m also a bit of a tech nerd (Humi, JazzHR, WordPress, Notion, HTML, JavaScript, CSS you name it), and I enjoy using tools to make things work smarter, not harder. In my free time I love watching sports (particularly F1), travelling, meeting new faces and being active!
