Charge Back: Managed Pharma chargeback efficiently with details understanding through ERP I-Contract. Doing major activities related to Chargeback Processing like working on True Commerce, I-Contract error validation. Billback/Rebates: Are processed by me independently based on the Contract signed in by the respective customers. Same get paid by ACH, EFT, and CHECK. Billing/Invoicing Process: Managing the work of Sales Invoicing PGI in SAP. Processing Invoicing by using different T-codes such as VF04, ZFREIGHT, VF06, WE05 & other T-codes on SAP. POD creation (Proof of delivery): Every week I require to prepare POD for shipment from gross to net report to track down the GIT which helps in maintaining data for validating rebates by customers and shipment failures. Releasing Credit block by using SAP VKM1 T-codes. Solving PO related & invoice related requests by using SAP VF02, VA03, VL03N T-codes. Intercompany Debit Notes: Cross charge of various fees and expenses with different subsidiaries.
