About Mahima Dhingra
As a final-year Law Student at Symbiosis International University, I am passionate about pursuing Corporate Law as a career. I have been acquiring knowledge and skills in this domain through various online and offline sources, such as articles, newsletters, videos, and books. I have also gained practical experience in Corporate Law by interning at reputed law firms in Mumbai, such as Veritas Legal, SNG & Partners, Samvad Partners, Solomon & Co, and Desai & Diwanji. During these internships, I conducted extensive research on various legal topics, such as the Negotiable Instruments Act, the Companies Act, the FEMA regulations, and the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. I also assisted in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, such as opinions, agreements, deeds, and guarantees. I learned how to work in a dynamic and professional environment, and how to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior lawyers and clients. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I also enjoy writing and editing legal contents. I have also written and published two papers on Legal Services India, one on Capital Punishment and the other on the Dowry System, which received positive feedback and recognition from the judges and readers. Furthermore, I have a keen interest in dancing. I am a certified Bharatnatyam dancer and have participated in various social and cultural events. I find dancing to be a great way to express myself, to relieve stress, and to stay fit and healthy. Through LinkedIn, I aim to connect and network with legal professionals across India, and to learn from their insights and experiences. I am also open to new opportunities and challenges that will help me grow and excel in the legal field.
