   Prototyped and shipped a secure RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) LLM pipeline for CBRE’s Corporate Finance System, using internal Work Order and Supplier data to enable intelligent, policy-compliant query resolution. The system is natively aligned with PeopleSoft and supports future agentic automation of finance operations. • Built an intent-aware query engine (lookup, aggregation, anomaly detection, etc.) with hybrid retrieval using FAISS and BM25, and custom aggregation logic for complex queries. Developed a full-stack AI assistant using FastAPI and React, featuring a landing page, ChatGPT-style UI, file upload and summarization, and persistent chat history. Enabled users to dynamically query or summarize files via the LLM. Ensured enterprise-grade privacy by restricting the model to CBRE’s internal data, aligning with security and governance standards. • Integrated Power BI dashboards using Azure Synapse and Oracle, applying DAX queries for automated visualization of journal anomalies and comparative analysis across FMC-related financial operations.
