As a BBA graduate specializing in Marketing from IMS Ghaziabad, I have developed a keen interest in the fields of Human Resources and Business Development. My academic journey has not only given me theoretical knowledge but also practical exposure through various internships and events.I recently participated in the prestigious HR Conclave on “HR Automation in Industry 4.0 – Reshaping the World of Work” organized by IMS Ghaziabad, which gave me valuable insights into emerging HR trends, automation tools, and how the HR function is evolving in today’s digital era. This experience sparked my enthusiasm to further explore the strategic side of HR and talent management.To strengthen my digital and communication skills, I completed certified courses from globally recognized platforms. I earned a Meta (Facebook) certification in Social Media Marketing and a Google certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce, both offered through Coursera. These programs have sharpened my understanding of online branding, consumer behavior, and data-driven marketing—skills that are now increasingly relevant even in the HR domain for employer branding and digital recruitment.With a balanced mix of sales exposure, academic grounding, HR interest, and certified digital skills, I am now looking to grow further by working with innovative and professional teams where I can learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.
