ABOUT MAHI DUTTA

I am deeply interested in understanding how institutions are built — how ideas evolve into systems, and how leadership, strategy, and finance can be used to create long-term value. I am fascinated by how businesses scale, how leaders make decisions under uncertainty, and how strategy and finance can be leveraged to create both influence and impact. I don’t just want to participate in growth; I want to architect it. I strive to position myself at the intersection of ambition and impact, where success is measured not only in numbers, but in lasting relevance.I am currently pursuing Finance with a minor in Economics at FLAME University, where I am developing a strong analytical foundation alongside real-world leadership experience. I represented India as a Troop Leader at the 25th World Scout Jamboree in South Korea and served as Company Leader and Mentor in Bharat Scouts & Guides, earning the Rajya Puraskar (highest state-level award). My experience also includes internships in finance, business and entrepreneurship, active involvement in university finance, consulting and economics clubs, contributions to my family business while learning strategic planning firsthand, and sustained engagement in community service initiatives.I am intentional about growth, comfortable with responsibility, and constantly seeking high-stakes environments that push me to think bigger. Long term, I aspire to lead ventures that combine financial strength with societal relevance.
